The Director of Payroll Services is Annette Stewart.  The Payroll Services Department provides consumers with the opportunity to direct their own life and make their own choices.  Under this option, consumers hire their own Personal Assistant (PA) and CILCP Payroll Services takes care of the rest.  CILCP offers a fiscal agent, which allows the Consumer Employer to have control over who provides their care without the burden of payroll and other employer taxes.  Consumers manage who comes into their home and have the ability to hire family and friends.  As a fiscal agent CILCP Payroll Services provides the following services:

• Completion and filing of paperwork
  
• Timesheet processing
  
• Processing bi-weekly paychecks for your employees
  
• Preparation of Workers Compensation policy and support for claims
  
• Submission of all taxes and withholdings to the IRS and other appropriate agencies

• Hepatitis B vaccination for your employees, free of charge
