The Training & Outreach Coordinator is Cathy Broadus. Training is provided in group training sessions for the CILCP staff including Personal Assistants (PA), consumer employers and consumers of CILCP services.

The goal of the training program is to enhance staff development of all staff and PA skills to better serve our consumers. The purpose of offering training sessions to consumers and consumer employers is to provide assistance with training as it has been identified as a need. Consumers of services and consumer employers share much in common and can benefit from training in similar topics. Please visit our calendar of events for more details.

Outreach is another important part of Training & Outreach. CILCP is very committed to all efforts that include connecting with members of the disability community in our region. We feel it is important that our outreach include sharing information with the community about CILCP programs and services through community events, group presentations, township meetings, and small area expos. However, the most important aspect of our outreach efforts is hearing from members of our community; learning about your issues and how we can serve you.
