Living well means different things to different people, however, it’s something that is important to everyone regardless of whether or not you have a disability.  CILCP understands that resources, events, trainings and opportunities can play an important role in overcoming the barriers preventing someone from living well.

Come join CILCP for a series of activities and events that will help you make valuable connections and learn about topics of interest to people with diverse disabilities. Also, learn more about CILCP’s Living Well With A Disability Program that offers several services to help individuals with disabilities to live well, including:

  • Youth Transition Services
  • Nursing Home Transition (NHT) Services
