What is Youth Transition at CILCP?
Youth Transition is a category of services serving youth with disabilities (typically between the ages of 14-24), and helping them transition from high school to post secondary life (college, employment, independent living).
Em Kase is the Youth Transition Coordinator at CILCP, and they are a person with a disability themselves! Em is autistic and uses a wheelchair for their physical disability of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and they are proud to be representing and working with people in their community!
