CILCP services are offered in Cumberland, Dauphin, Juniata, Mifflin, and Perry Counties. However, some services are provided in other designated counties and statewide.
Independent Living (IL) Services
Staff work with people of any age with any disability to acquire the skills and resources they need to live the life they choose.
Nursing Home Transition (NHT) Services
Staff coordinate the move from the nursing home to your home working with the social worker and community-based services.
Home Care Services
Staff provide non-medical personal care in your home.
CILCP is a PA licensed home care agency, Medicaid (MA) provider through Office of Long Term Living (OLTL).
