Values Into Action’s Finally Home project is hosting an opportunity for people with developmental disabilities, family members and professionals who support people with developmental disabilities to learn about the availability, advantages, and limitations of project-developed and tested toolkits, trainings, waiver-funded (Housing Transition and Tenancy Sustaining) services.

This webinar will guide Stakeholders in understanding:

• The Values Into Action Finally Home project,
• Housing Transition and Tenancy Sustaining Services, and
• The Finally Home Housing Toolkit User Guide as a tool to inform, assess, and plan to obtain housing independent of services.
