CILCP’s HomeCare Services offers a wide array of services to individuals with disabilities and older adults. CILCP is an approved provider of services for the Office of Long Term Living (OLTL). Services may be provided at no cost to eligible individuals through waivers, purchased out of pocket by the individual (private pay), or through eligible health insurance plans.

Services Provided to Office of Long Term Living (OLTL) Waiver Participants and Private Pay HomeCare Participants
Homemaker/Chore Services:

CILCP’s homemaker/chore services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Homemaker/chore services include, but are not limited to:
  • Laundry
  • Linen changes
  • Dusting and cleaning
  • Sweeping and/or vacuuming
  • Mopping
  • Meal prep and cooking

In-Home and Community Supports:

CILCP’s home and community services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our compassionate Direct Care Workers are available to assist consumers with functions of daily living, such as:

  • Bathing
  • Oral care
  • Toileting
  • Dressing
  • Medication reminders and prompts
  • Mobility and transfer assistance, if needed
  • Shopping and errands
  • Other outings (such as doctor’s appointments)

CILCP provides personal care and homemaker services to residents of the following counties :
