CILCP’s HomeCare Services offers a wide array of services to individuals with disabilities and older adults. CILCP is an approved provider of services for the Office of Long Term Living (OLTL) and the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). Services may be provided at no cost to eligible individuals through waivers, purchased out of pocket by the individual (private pay), or eligible health insurance plans.

Services Provided to Office of Long Term Living (OLTL) Waiver Participants
Homemaker/Chore Services:

CILCP’s homemaker/chore services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Homemaker/chore services include, but are not limited to:
  • Laundry
  • Linen changes
  • Dusting and cleaning
  • Sweeping and/or vacuuming
  • Mopping
  • Meal prep and cooking

In-Home and Community Supports:

CILCP’s home and community services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our compassionate Direct Care Workers are available to assist consumers with functions of daily living, such as:

  • Bathing
  • Oral care
  • Toileting
  • Dressing
  • Medication reminders and prompts
  • Mobility and transfer assistance, if needed
  • Shopping and errands
  • Other outings (such as doctor’s appointments)

CILCP provides personal care and homemaker services to residents of the following counties :

Services Provided to Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Participants :

Companion Services
CILCP’s companion care services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our compassionate caregivers are available to help consumers to remain socially engaged at home or in the community. Companion services include, but are not limited to:
  • Shopping and errands
  • Assistance with personal correspondence and memoirs
  • Accompaniment to social and leisure activities
  • Assistance using telecommunication devices
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Assistance with eating and drinking

Respite Care

CILCP’s respite care services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Consumers’ family member(s) can receive respite services on a regularly scheduled basis or when needed.

CILCP’s in-home respite care services allow family members the opportunity to recharge and tend to their own emotional, physical and spiritual needs.

CILCP’s Direct Care Workers are provided with detailed care plans, thus ensuring that the consumer’s routine and care is consistent.

Habilitation Services

CILCP’s habilitation services provide assistance to individuals with their goals as outlined in the respective Individual Support Plan (ISP).
