The Center for Independent Living of Central PA (CILCP) is excited to announce the opportunity to hire a full-time Assistant Director of Home Care!

Duties include assisting the Director of Home Care in the coordination and provision of home and community-based, non-medical, services for people with disabilities to live in their community. This is an amazing opportunity for an applicant who desires to make a difference in people’s lives and who is interested in contributing to the growth of the program and direct care workers.

Benefits: Paid Time Off, Weekly Pay, Holidays, Insurance.

Rate: $18.00/hour with incentives

Qualifications: 3 years of caregiving experience, supervisor/leadership experience preferred, health care administrative experience a plus, and reliable transportation.
