Join the Pa Family Network for the opportunity to learn how to create and use a Personal Emergency Profile!
- Everyone will receive a “tool” to fill out for yourself and/or your family
- Self-advocates and families who attend will have one more tool to reduce risk and increase their safety
- Learn the importance of having a One-Page profile available in emergency situations such as hospitalizations, car crashes, wandering incidents, severe illness, interacting with authority figures, and in unplanned caregiving
